Dr. Pilar Gonzalez is the Organizational Development Director at Gamma Partners Mexico where she brings expertise in Change Management to her role. At Gamma Partners, Dr. Gonzalez fosters the creation of plans to provide resources, develop skills and assist the CEO in growing the company. Prior to Gamma Partners, Dr. Gonzalez was a consultant in companies like Beijing West Industries Co., Ltd. (BWI) and Essilor International S.A., a French company where she designed and implemented the program High Performance Culture and was the Coach of the Program Grow your Team, respectively. Dr. Pilar Gonzalez obtained her Ph.D. in Education Innovation on 2007 where she graduated with honors. Her Doctoral Thesis was in Organizational Learning from a Director Perspective. As well, she was a professor for 25 years in ITESM, Campus Chihuahua, where she received the award of Best Professor 5 times and also won the Engineer Award twice for transferring teaching techniques to the business sector. A proud mother, Dr. Gonzalez enjoys spending time with her family and pets, and reading science fiction in her spare time. She also gives back to her community frequently by volunteering to teach youth. Favorite quote: All important decisions must be made on the basis of insufficient data.
