P.J. Simpson-Haidaris is the Science Education Director at Rochester Bridges to the Doctorate Program, which is the nation’s first educational program specifically tailored to deaf and hard-of-hearing people pursuing graduate degrees in biomedical or behavioral science. P.J. frequently speaks at faculty development workshops about working with deaf and hard-of hearing learners. She has been published in over 75 scientific articles, peer-reviewed, book chapters and review articles. She has published Anticancer Role of PPARgamma Agonists in Hematological Malignancies Found in the Vasculature, Marrow, and Eyes(Link), PPAR Research, February 28, 2010. P.J. is fluent in American Sign Language, English and French.
