Having worked on crossborder transactions (mainly with Europe, the US and Africa) for 10 years, and passionate about Africa in general, I wish to position myself as a consultant for developing countries, essentially to enhance women's professional life and career in Africa by helping them in setting up / securing their business as a going concern, as well as bringing my own experience and expertise to building trust in their work and passion. My favourite business segments would be: hotel and tourism/leisure, entertainment, real estate, capital raising (investment funds), sustainable growth and ESG investing.

Pascale Leonide is a business legal consultant by profession, and recently the Managing Director of PL Consulting Ltd. With over 12 years’ experience in offshore financial services, Pascale is best known for her expertise in governance, financial services, compliance, corporate law, security regulations, document drafting and cross-border transactions.
In her current role, Pascale is responsible for providing coaching and consultancy services to entrepreneurs and businesses in compliance, contract drafting, independent audits and training.
Following the completion of her Bachelor’s degree, Pascale went on to receive a Master’s degree in Law of Securities and Finance from the University of Paris XI in 2007.
