Paola-Maria Cott-Sanchez is a VP of Capitol Humano and she travels between Santo Domingo and Santiago in the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, and Miami. She has a masters degree in Clinical Psychology as well as Human Resources. Her original goal was to become a Clinical Psychologist but quickly changed gears when her family decided to move to the Dominican Republic, and decided that she would have a career in finance. A renowned public speaker she taught Clinical Psychology 101 at Intec University at the Dominican Republic between 1996-1999. In her free time she volunteers with her church and her company. She is the director of the three volunteer departments in her organization, and she prepares youth for their first communion at her church. In her bucket list Paola-Maria would like to go to France with her family. Paola-Maria credits her success to hard work and perseverance. At this point in her career Paola-Maria is looking to network with like minded professionals all over the world, as well as make a difference for all humanity. Her average days are hectic but enjoyable, they contain meeting with staff, training events, and performance appraisals.
