Payal Mirchandani is the Owner and Managing Director of PINCA Trading LLC, and had been in her role for 7 years. She is responsible for a team of 25 people, and overlooks the finance, marketing and human resource departments. She does buying from suppliers, holds team meetings, and handles all client relations. She visits stores to check on product placement, and does warehouse visits to make sure everything is okay. She travels often, and oversees all logistics.
Payal started her business when she branded a product. She specializes in new business and relationship building, and has a Masters degree in Healthcare Management from University of Surrey, 1999. She is a member of the Dubai Women’s Business Council and the Chamber of Commerce. She would like to expand her business on an international level, do more product development.
