Dr. Prasad is the current head of the Compensation and Benefits function as well as Compliance for the entire Americas region and responsible for Strategic Projects at Infosys Limited. She has demonstrated success in change management within various processes and systems driving a higher degree of compliance. Dr. Prasad started her professional career as a professor of psychology at various academic institutions and then moved into the corporate world as a trainer. She has broad and progressive experience with demonstrated success as an HR partner in a large global context. Dr. Prasad is a highly collaborative leader with a passion for building high performing teams and leading transformational programs. She has proven excellence in strategic planning, global HR management, compliance, crisis management, HR operations, immigrations and mobility, performance management and learning and evelopment. Throughout her professional career, Dr. Prasad has been recognized and awarded for her excellent program management, analytical, and interpersonal skills. She is a recipient of various awards including the Helen Keller Award for Diversity Hiring in 2006 & 2007 and the 1st Infosys Award for Excellence in the category of Diversity and Inclusivity Practice in 2007. Dr. Prasad is fluent in various Indian languages and speaks some German. In her spare time, she is an adventure seeker. Dr. Prasad enjoys paragliding and has made several treks in the Himalayas.
