Paola Policani has more than 16 years of professional experience in her career as an attorney and entrepreneur. She is currently operating out of Panama working as an operations manager with Giofepa S.A. Gruas, Montacargas y Almacanaje General where she has been the last four years. The company is a family business specializing in logistics, and Paola’s main role is to oversee and make sure things are going smoothly.
Paola was prompted to get involved in this profession by way of natural progression and passion, although it was in the family background Paola developed her own passion for the industry. Paola’s area of expertise is in working with mobile trains. She has a Master’s Degree in Law and Criminology from Tulane University. She is a member of The Lions Club and the Board of Lawyers.
Paola bases her success of her faith in God and perseverance. In the next few years she plans to continue to grow, continue to develop and continue to make a difference in her field.
