I am most thankful for a wonderful Husband, Wallace, whose support never waivers. I have a wonderful son who has twin boys; and a fabulous daughter who has a daughter (My Twinkle). My son is a rising Sports Agent in America, and my daughter is a Finance Manager for the biggest Yachting company here in the islands.

She is having a progressively successful career in the Public Service since January 1990. In her earlier career years, she was nominated to serve as a Change Team Leader to the Public Sector Development Programme (pioneering change in the Public Service 2000 and beyond). She is a natural leader and quickly rose to position as Senior Human Resource Manager. She has served on various boards and Committees throughout the year: she was Chairperson to a Tribunal; Member of Young professionals and she also served as a member of the Social Security Board. One of the highlights of her career was when she was an administrator at the Ministry of Communications and Works, she successfully managed the installation of the first traffic lights in the island, a task which saw works completed within budget. Because of her growing tenacity, accomplishments and success rates on projects, she was appointed Director of the Water and Sewerage Department in December 2012. This Department saw an increase in revenue by approximately 96% in 2013. She continues to lead the way in upgrading and rehabilitating the water and sewerage infrastructures. She has led her team to revise areas of the infrastructure that were inoperable for some years. She coached youth Boy's and Girls baseball team ans saw many of those participants excel in the area of softball. She is also involved in her local community involving projects that require her technological expertise. She looks forward to collaborating and networking with like-minded professionals. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member. Throughout my career I have earned various awards including Leadership, Department Development and Employee of the Year.
