Rachel S. Goods has over 32 years experience in her field, where she runs PCR tests, online health streams, lots of trainings and competency with the lab, and gets re-certified every year for the lab through evaluation. She was in research in another hospital, and her resume fell into the hands of the manager of Methodist Hospital and she began her career in microbiology. She specializes in microbiology, processing cultures, and mentoring the staff.
Rachel has a Bachelors Degree in Biology from A&M University from 1987. She is a member of CAP, ASCP, and Worldwide Who's Who presented by Trump Jr. She helps women move forward and progress in the medical field, empowering them on a leadership level. She prides herself on being open to change and suggestions, implementing and making the necessary adjustments with the help of the staff who all come from different walks of life.
