Radhica has been married for the past 26 years and is the proud mother of one son, who recently graduated from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine as a Civil Engineer. My husband is a Mathematics teacher at a Secondary School in Trinidad and Tobago and much credit is to be given to him for the tremendous support and encouragement her has provided over the years.

Radhica Seunarine is presently employed at the National Library and Information System Authority(NALIS). Radhica was recently assigned as the Head Librarian at the Technical Services Department, NALIS POS where she is responsible for the monitoring, evaluating and management of procurement, acquisition and cataloging of resources for the National and Public Libraries, Institutional Libraries and Book Mobile Libraries in Trinidad and Tobago. Five Years prior to this (2009- February 2014), Radhica was an Area School Supervisor with the Educational Library Services Division (ELSD),  NALIS and was responsible for the monitoring and evaluation of 32 Secondary School Libraries In Trinidad and Tobago. In2003-2007, she was appointed as the First Family Court Librarian in Trinidad and Tobago and the Caribbean where she was contracted to establish a new library for this institution. In 2000-2003, Radhica was appointed as one of the first School Librarian assigned to manage a library in a newly established Secondary Education Modernization Progame (SEMP) school. Prior to this, Radhica worked as a paraprofessional the Supreme Court Library, Judiciary in Trinidad and Tobago, Central Libraries Division, Carnegie Free Library which includes various Public Libraries. Her first 'leave relief' appointment predates to1987 as Library Assistant at the Queen's Royal College, POS. Radhica credits her success to family support and self motivation.
