Rajna Smilanova has been the Sales Operations Manager for Hewlett Packard North America Customer Canada US since 2012. She oversees the purchase orders and revenue. She is over 40 people that are on direct teams and 3 supervisors that report directly to her. She started her career as a customer relations representative for a cruise line and fell in love with the customer service field then.
Her expertise are in management, project management, setting up policies, human resources, mentoring and professional development. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Literature from Macedonia in 2010. She is a member of the Research Group for Women Networking. She won the Activist Woman Award in March of 2018.
In the future she hopes to pursue international exchange, continue growing within the company and grow into a strategic role manager over the sales supply. She attributes her success to always giving her role 100 percent and her ability to execute. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
