Randa Siam is in charge of Regional Talent and Development for Save the Children International. She has been with NGO for 12 years, plus she spent five years in private sector. Randa works with country offices and as regional office she responsible for 16 country offices. She overlooks the development of staff members and helps the children. She says that she was prompted to go into this field because in the Middle East there are a lot of crisis and she felt she should be doing something to help. Randa’s expertise are in human resources as she has spent 10 years as a HR director. She has a Master’s Degree in International Trade from the University of Jordan in 2006. Randa does a lot of training courses, she also facilitates discussions within the organization. In the next few years she hopes to move ahead with her career globally. She attributes her success to her commitment and love for what she does. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
