Rania Chehade is a skilled senior manager with 19 years of experience in the airline industry, developing practical experience covering product distribution, marketing, product development, customer service, business development and loyalty programs. She currently serves as National Manager Corporate program & Rewards for Air Canada where she built a loyalty program that generated a 200 percent growth in revenue. Rania is interested in meeting creative women who have made a difference in the business world and through their career to inspire and be inspired. Rania received her Bachelor of Arts and Science degree in Communications from Universite de Montreal, 1996. She took courses towards her Six Sigma certification program and frequently speaks at presentations about the newest technologies and what's trending in the aviation and airline industries. She attributes her success to being open to different areas of the company, being strategic, pursing ideas and driving culture change. Outside of her work, Rania enjoys volunteering and donating to a children's organization and supporting Doctors Without Borders.
