Regine Nicolaas is a Sales Supervisor for Tropical Bottling Co. She has more than 15 years in her career. Regine career started in 2004 with her professional career, working as an accounting clerk to sales supervisor beer routes, to assistant coordinator to special event and key account coordinator. Then she became key account manager and progressed last year to sales supervisor of the whole sales team.
She has learned a lot in each position, which has made her grow into a respectable woman. Her main role and responsibilities consists of working with a team of 7 people that are sales reps. She supervises their schedules with daily information, customer needs, training, handle all installations, sits with customers, and everything that has to do with customers.
Regine was prompted to get involved in this profession by way of natural progression and passion. Her area of expertise is customer relationship, & developing their trust. Her highest level of education is a Bachelors degree in accounting. One of the biggest challenges in Regine's career is just trying to juggle everything in terms of time management - personal and professional life.
In the next few years Regine plans to continue to grow, continue to develop and continue to make a difference in her field. She bases her success on hard work and passion, and she is most proud of how far she has grown in her career and where she is headed. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
