After a decade long career as a fashion model, Rebecca James finally pursued her passion and set up an interior design firm, Interior Desires, in 2005. This boutique firm has enjoyed great success with a focus on high end residential and commercial projects including the award winning Montagu Square project in 2010. With a true love for design, nothing brings Ms. James more joy than seeing the look on her clients faces when the wrappers are taken off their projects. She has been published in four magazines and has published her own Introspective Design Book.
Most notably, Felice/James is a collaboration between London based Interior designer Rebecca James and Artisan Andrea Felice. Their partnership is borne out of their mutual passion for Art deco and mid-century Italian design. Having worked together on a number of private commissions since 2012, the duo decided to create a collection, which fuses Rebecca’s glamorous aesthetic with Andrea’s modern industrial flair and craftsmanship. The collection is designed to be fluid and balanced with sensual curves akin to the female form.
Moving forward, Ms. James hopes to break into the hotel market. A lauded public speaker, she is frequently requested to speak at conferences and seminars. She received her Bachelor's degree in 2002 from Chelsea School of the Arts.
