Renee Lagace is the President and Owner of Healthwise CRG. She has over 25 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical industry. She is an exceptional leader who had pervasively worked with the former owner, serving most recently as his Managing Director, and impressed him to the point that he came to her to transfer ownership of his business when he was ready to move on to other ventures.
Renee attributes the keys to her success to perseverance, dedication, and working hard alongside her staff. Her goals for the future are to maintain Healthwise CRG as a boutique firm but grow and expand the business to an optimum degree. She also hopes to find, groom and train a leader like herself who works in the company and give them the opportunity to purchase when she moves on in another 10 years.
Her proudest achievement was in 2005-2006 when the agency undertook a huge initiative. The company created something that was really good for the industry and it was the very first time it was tried. It required a great deal of collaboration with the different stakeholders as well as the agency's team and it worked out very well.
