Reni Friis has been a major factor in the Lean IT industry, especially in Denmark, for the past years, and is a very accomplished IT Management Consultant in general, with a passion for the IT Industry. She has experience from both the operations, customer service and project area, and has leveraged that broad experience base towards her consulting practice. A little over a year ago, she left Implement Consulting Group, and established her own IT Management Consulting company, which she plans to grow and develop. The general principles on which Reni will build her company are: Integrity, quality, and high professionalism. She has published 2 articles in a Danish Business Newspaper called Borsen in 2009.
