Reyhana Jano is the Director and Business Owner of Constantia Consulting. She has owned the business for over three years and has been consulting and in human resources for over 20 years. Her company is based in London.
Reyhana says that her company is International and she works remotely for outside companies for their human resources needs as well as consulting for start-up companies. She has a Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology in 2006 and specialized in Human Resources Coaching.
Recently, Reyhana has was invited to do a podcast for a client and is currently building a webinar. In the next few years she would like to network with other women in the HR field because she feels like she still has a lot to learn.
