I am a Advanced Professional Counsellor in Organizational field. I work since many years in organizations in HR Management and Development Depts. of Engineering, Mass Market, Chemical and at present I am in charge of Internal Coaching Academy i Intesa Sanpaolo. I am a CTA-O within EATA. This choice of accreditation has been fostered by the passion to carry on and to deepen the main topics of TA, broadening my experience and my professional profile.

Rossella Iannucci has over a decade of experience in counseling and coaching. She is in charge of the Internal Coaching Academy of Intesa Sanpaolo Group and co-leader of the Center of Expertise in coaching and mentoring, managing academic training to prepare colleagues to be coaches for managers of the bank. Her interpersonal relationships in organizational fields are vital to creating an environment based in effective communication. She has a Masters Degree in Business Ethics and Human Resources froma la Statale univeristy of Milan, 1992. She is a member of CNCP , the National Association for Professional Counsellors, and of EATA, the European Association of Transactional Analysis. She received an award for her Transactional Analysis Certification. She is going to continue working in the coaching and counseling field, primarly with teams and groups. She enjoys walking in nature in the mountains as well as reading. She volunteers for activities within the university, and is part of the counselor team who helps students to understand their attitudes in order to find jobs. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
