Ruth Littler is an accomplished and talented professional.. After graduating from nursing college, Ruth has worked in the private and public health sector. Ruth has worked as a Registered Nurse, School Health Community Nurse, Educator, Residential Aged Care Manager, Registered Training Organisation Coordinator. From early childhood Ruth has enjoyed teaching and naturally travelled into a career of Counselling and Coaching. Realising her strengths to empower people to shine, Ruth started Brilliant Living, her Coaching and Consulting business. Stepping into the arena of life coaching, Ruth is using her experience as a counselor, nurse and coach to help others reverse the effects of stress , the major cause of chronic illness. Ruth enables people to meet life's challenges with resilience and poise. Ruth enjoys working part time as a Senior Project Officer in Aged Care.. Ruth is also a co-author of two Amazon best sellers "Ready Aim Excel" and Ready Aim Inspire".
