Radhika Mandava has served 17 years in the healthcare industry and is currently a Manager with NThrive, a global IT organization dealing with 5 different products and over 60 developers. Radhika is also currently in the process of completing an Executive MBA in Business Administration and is due to graduate soon.
In addition to completing her degree, Radhika is looking ahead to combine education with social service and to do more community service. She credits her success thus far to setting and achieving goals consistently as well as finding a seamless balance of work and family life.
When not engaged with work, Radhika enjoys reading, music and dance. She also volunteers as a stage manager for the performances at a dance school in her community.
