Robin Grathwol is the owner of Legacy Group and has over 20 years of experience in her career field of developing land. She says that as a land developer she has meetings with staff and she is in charge of planning the sites and working with the county officials to submit development plans. Once the plans are in she is in charge of subdividing contractors.
Robin says that she is best known for her skills in contract negotiation and land acquisition. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Pre Med from North Carolina State University in 1980. Robin is a member of the National Homebuilders Association, Land Use Council and a local organization called BASE (Business Alliance for Sound Economy). She is also an active member of the Screen Actors Guild and ANA (Association of North America).
Robin says the highlight of her career has earning a high level of respect from her colleagues and the fact the she developed a product that she is proud to stand by. In the next few years she hopes to get into the nonprofit world and work with a combination of profit and nonprofit projects. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
