Robin Keller is an experienced financial restructuring attorney who heads the U.S. Business Restructuring and Insolvency practice at Hogan Lovells, a Global top-10 international law firm. Robin has also represented debtors and creditors at all levels of the capital structure in some of the largest and most complex cases in the US, and including cross-border cases involving the UK, Mexico, Germany and offshore jurisdictions. She also represents German investors in the analysis and unwinding of financial investments in the United States. She has written a chapter in a series of books about representing debtors.
