After 35 years of service in the military, Robin Adams-Massenburg founded her company, Robin's Nest Solutions where she helps soldiers who are retiring with claims by seamlessly transitioning them into "regular people" by helping them with their resumes and preparing them for interviews. After discovering through her own personal experience and that of her brother, also in the service, that the system as it is is incredibly flawed, Robin decided to take initiative and start her own venture. In the case of her brother, he only received 20% of his disability even though he was diagnosed with cancer. Robin offered to help him and was able to get him 50% more than what he was going to receive. Robin holds her Master's degree in Management and Organizational Leadership from Indiana Wesleyan University and is a member of Zeta Phi Beta, Chi Eata Phi Nursing Association, ANCA, and is a MORA lifetime member. Also a dynamic public speaker, she speaks at conferences about the nursing profession and leadership. When not engaged with work, Robin enjoys traveling, skiing, motorcycle, zip-lining, and roller skating. Also a passionate philanthropist, she works with the United Way and at the Special Olympics helping competitors prepare for games.
