Rocio Beltran has been with Procter and Gamble for almost 20 years. Rocio specializes in the development of systems regarding design. She obtained three master's degrees from the Universidad Anahuac in the areas of marketing, communications and graphic Design. Rocio's expertise includes developing brand strategy, global identity management, and consumer marketing. She is fluent and does business in both Spanish and English, and studied at the German School, thus can understand German as well. In 1999, Rocio worked in Caracas Venezuela, where she was responsible for the development and capability for the Design Department for Latin America with P&G. During this time she hired, trained and developed the systems to adapt and implement Global Brands for the Region, including in this assignment she was also responsible for the development of the Global Design capability for FC across LIMs markets. She had also the opportunity to design several Brand Identities for the Fabric Care Sector including, Brand Theme, Design Strategy, Packaging and consumer understanding. In 2005 she moved to Geneva, Switzerland with P&G where she was responsible for the oversight of the European Design sector. In her spare time, she works with a NGO that helps young women gain access to educational and social resources that they need to gain employment. Nearing retirement soon, ( even though she is still young ) Rocio plans to provide consultant services for Companies to enable Design Thinking across business areas to innovate and developed Brand Strategies, including FMOT, Brand Identity, Iconc Assets, Packaging and to improve consumer and market knowledge for the success of Global or local Brands.
