Biography

Roni Friedman is the CEO of the Israeli Yoga Teachers Association where she spearheads all activity and is committed to strategizing new ways to implement yoga in the community. Roni works directly with instructors to bring the utmost in health and wellness to her clientele. Roni is a choreographer by trade and holds her Bachelor of Arts in Fine Art from Wagner College, which she received in 2002. Also a powerful speaker, she lectures within her organization and elsewhere as a representative. Moving forward, she is looking to adopt a foster family as well as continue to connect and grow with her community of teachers in addition to bringing medical insurance to yoga practitioners in regards to acupuncture specifically. When not engaged with work, Roni enjoys surfing, sailing, yachting and hiking.
