I've always worked at Scotiabank, starting as a teller and gradually working in many departments within my carreer. My professional experience includes : - Internal Auditor (1994), - Branch Manager (1999 & 2005), - Internal Control Manager at a Processing Support Center (2006) - Senior Operations Officer Mortgages (2007 until 2012), integration/acquisition of another Bank ensuring centralization of processes /systems among 125 employees. -Director Processing Support Centre in PR during 2012 and in Dominic Republic in 2013 , Intl Operations Shared Services - Director Central Caribbean Processing Centres 2014, IOSS. During this past year I had the opportunity to visit other countries, adapting to Cultural Change and continue migrating processes to the Hub.

I've been fortunate to work on different assignments in my 35 years of service at Scotiabank in fields including Audit, Branch Banking, Mortgage and Director Operations at Puerto Rico and Dominican Republic , this last in August 2013. I was later promoted to migrate processes from other sites, including USVI, Belize and Haiti. This has allowed me to learn and adapt to cultural change and work with other colleagues to seek operational efficiencies. My goal is to continue gaining experience and to achieve a higher position. I am fluent in Spanish and English.
