Roxandra Acosta has over 22 years of experience in Human Resources, and is the Director of Organizational Development and Human Resources for Simpleview. In her role, she is in charge of putting together learning and development for the company, as well as developing strategy, training, recruiting, and serving on the Senior Leadership Board. She is highly skilled in organizational development, and known for being great with communications and employee relations. Roxandra holds a master's degree in Human Resources Management from the New School of Social Research in NYC, NY, and started out as a recruiter for Cornell Medical Center. Having practically "fallen into" her niche, she moved her way up the ranks to become Employee Relations Manager, then HR Manager. Prior to joining Simpleview, she also worked for a startup that became a huge success. With a true love for working with people, Roxandra has been noted for employee relations, communications, and training. She is a member of the Society of HR Managers (SHRM). The secret to her success has been forming, and maintaining strong relationships, surrounding herself with people who are constantly learning and always staying open to learning herself.
