For the last 11 years, Rebecca Umpierre has been offering direct consultation to US based corporations that wish to establish branches in Puerto Rico. In order to do business in Puerto Rico, all employers must comply with the very strict Commonwealth of Puerto Rico Workmen's Accident Compensation Act as administered by the Puerto Rico State Insurance Fund or Fondo del Seguro del Estado. Rebecca works closely with clients in order that they meet and keep good standing under the law.
She is leader in providing personalized service, a service which normal insurance brokers in Puerto Rico do not offer. Although Rebecca is based in Puerto Rico, she works on an international basis.
