Ruth Pearson is a Transformational Wellbeing and Leadership Coach and Trainer for Listening To Your Voice Ltd. She has been a leader in educational administration for over 30 years. Over the past five years she has taken the skills she acquired to train as an accredited Master Coach, mediator, author and speaker. She has developed her own strategic programs, using 5STEPS2LEARN, for improving wellbeing and leadership skill, which she uses with individuals and organizations.
Ruth has published 3 books and her vision for the future is to travel internationally telling her story and being a role model for others to empower them to use their challenges as stepping stones to greater things and to celebrate their uniqueness. She attributes her success to passion and dedication. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
