Simona Adomnicai the owner and director of the company and school, Prior Beauty. She has been the owner for 11 years and director for three. She provides courses in cosmetology, and teaches 4 days a week. She does coordination and delegation for future projects. She handles payroll and human resources, and also does some accounting. She does product research and holds daily meetings with the team.
Simona wanted to be self employed and do something she liked. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Rohampton University, 2018. The biggest challenge for her was moving from Romania to the United Kingdom and having to do her certifications all over again. It was also expensive to acquire all the certifications a second time.
On the horizon, she would like to grow her business, and to franchise the salon. She will be putting the academy online, and would like to be more recognized in the beauty industry. She credits her success to her love for the trade, her passion and she is serious about her work are the keys to her success. She is most proud of working with her idol in 2011. It has been the highlight of her career. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
