HAZARD IDENTIFICATION AND TASK RISK ASSESSMENT
PROCEDURE: (HITRA TRAINED)
The Control of Work Group Standard states that:
“Tasks shall not be conducted without being risk assessed”
The objective of this Procedure is to define the requirements for a Hazard Identification and
Task Risk Assessment process in order to support the goal of the standard and no harm to
people, no harm to property, no damage to the environment; in compliance with applicable
laws and regulations.
The purpose of the Hazard Identification and Task Risk Assessment process is to:
Identify hazards, which may result in undesired events that may cause injury, illness,
damage, or environmental impact.
Assess the risk that may arise from the identified hazards.
Specify the controls required to mitigate those hazards.

PURPOSE
The Asset Planner/Scheduler I1 is responsible for the conversion of approved work orders for the assigned Asset Area into comprehensive work plans and procedures, resource quantity requirements, and work schedules to facilitate efficient and effective work execution, optimized resource utilization, and technically sound and safe work performance.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Develops and maintains the Asset Area’s two (2)and six (6) week look ahead Master Maintenance Work Schedule in conformance with the asset prioritization process, to ensure optimized work execution and timely resource deployment across the Asset Area.
• Generates and schedules preventative maintenance (PM) and predictive maintenance (PdM) work orders to ensure that the equipment PM/PdM jobs are performed within the correct scheduled times and in accordance with the approved cycle times.
• Manages and maintains work orders within the Atlantic Maximo® CMMS from issuance to close out.
• Develops individual non-TA/SD job plans comprehensively identifying all required activities, tasks, hazards and risks, and the resource requirements.
• Develops individual non-TA/SD job schedules that would identify the critical/non critical path activities along with their estimated durations within the context of overall Asset Area equipment availability, work execution constraints, and resource optimization.
• Prepares documentation for the acquisition of goods and services necessary to support non TA/SD maintenance work performance that are not normally supplied through the maintenance service contract arrangements.
• Incorporates Atlantic Integrity Management Systems (AIMS), Health and Safety Environment (HSE), Integrated Emergency Response Plan (IEMP) and International Shipping and Port Security (ISPS) requirements into schedule to ensure a safe and secure working environment.

Salisha ML Hanif is a Senior Electrical and Instrument Engineering Technician for Atlantic LNG. She has over 20 years of experience, in asset management and as a technician. Her average day consists of task risk assessment planning to prevent harm to the property as well as damage to the environment.
She is responsible for identifying hazards as well, and does training on a day to day basis. She also does chromatograph training and staff training, and helps compliance with contracts and agreements with clients. Her expertise is project management, risk assessment, and hazard control. She has certifications in CMAS, industrial fire training, project management certified, and has her CST.
She has her Associates degree in electrical engineering from San Fernando in Trinidad and Tobago. She loves to travel, ride, read, and hike. She is a part of the United Way Association and does community work for them.
