Sandra Martin has over 20 years of experience in general management and is currently the General Manager for Talento & Ideas Poderosas SL, a company she established 2 years ago. In this role, Sandra's main responsibilities are designing and managing as well as implementing and organizing projects that assist others through consulting and training in business. Prior to this venture, Sandra was a professor at the University of Carlos in Madrid where she taught Political Science. Her expertise is consulting, business development and strategic planning and she holds her Master's degree in Business Administration from the University of Madrid where she also went on to receive her PhD in Political Science in 2017. Also a prolific writer, Sandra has published numerous articles on consulting business on her blog. Moving forward, Sandra hopes to network with likeminded female professionals as much as possible.
