Having joined Better Homes in 2007, working as a sales consultant, I became head of Commercial in April 2013. Leading the division, which was founded in 1993 and formally branded as Better Commercial in 2008, I now head a team of 16 agents.Passionate about real estate, both residential and commercial, my role is not just that of a leader, but supporting my team to help them get the best solutions for their clients. A people person, I love the daily challenges of problem solving and matching clients to their requirements.

Sandrine Loureiro has been in the real estate business for 13 years. Sandrine began working with Better Homes 8 years ago after leaving South Africa to provide a safer environment for her children. She became an entrepreneur right out of high school, starting out in the fashion industry with her own business, where she imported and exported different shoe brands. Sandrine then made the executive decision to get into real estate after watching market trends. She spends her days managing and supporting her team as they deal with commercial developments. Sandrine was featured in her first public speaking event in 2014 at a brokers conference in Dubai where she participated in a Q&A seminar. Sandrine has many articles in local newspapers and magazines in Dubai and frequently contributes to her companies online blog. She absolutely loves what she does and is continuing to look to grow professionally. Sandrine is fluent in English, French, and Afrikaans.
