Sara W. Buraik is a TV Journalist for Bahrain International. She has twelve years of professional experience. Sara is a veteran journalist and does her own stories editorial whether it is international or regional stories. She talks about political or medical issues on this program and represents the TV channel inside and outside of the country. Sara’s expertise are in medical journalism and investigative journalism. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing at the University of Bahrain in 2018. She also has a Bachelor’s in Mass Communication from the University of Phoenix in 2008. Sara is a member of Good Word Society, Bahrain Journalist Association and the Saudi Arabia Association. Sara does some public speaking engagements and does some volunteer lecturing. She has been published in a few magazines about ongoing interviews with ministers in 2012. She received an award for preparing a conference spreading awareness about the rights for people with disabilities in 2007. She also received a Heart Disease Award in 2009 and an award for spreading awareness about cultures in 2018. In the next few years Sara says she will be very keen on her social media career and combine it with her medical career and bring up mental health issues and also wants to open her own business to promote local and international stories. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
