During the past 18 years as a senior IT executive, business consultant, and entrepreneur her experience includes; the implementation of several transformational initiatives, product lifecycle management, and cloud-based software engagements. All of this has been accomplished with the highest level of client satisfaction.
Metanoia is a global firm with facilities in North America and in India. Metanoia has evolved into a results-oriented, full spectrum, strategic and tactical consultancy; specializing in the provision of a wide range of ecommerce and Mobile-cloud based products and solutions.
Metanoia employs over 100 people specializing in developing e-commerce and mobile apps. She was inspired to start her own business after taking her special skills and helping other companies turn themselves around and make millions of dollars. Now with several years as business owner under her belt, she plans to continue growing the business reaching 150 employees this year and 200 in two years. She also has plans to revamp and introduce new products.

Her responsibilities include the development of long term strategic relationships with clients.
