With over 35 years of experience in her field, Stephanie Bräuer is a freelance journalist working for various food magazines in Germany while also writing books. Stephanie strives to give women a voice in a male dominated industry and brings unmatched expertise in gastronomy and journalism to her role.
Stephanie holds her Bachelor's degree in American Studies from Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich. Also a dynamic speaker, she speaks at conferences 3 times a year. Stephanie has published two books, one about gastronomy in 2014, and another about women in the culinary industry in 2018. Moving forward, she hopes to continue building a platform for women in the profession by creating seminars and workshops.
When not engaged with work, Stephanie enjoys photography.
