Patricia is a veteran in real estate and has helped 3 European banks build their real estate lending businesses. She is an enterprising individual who enjoys moving into new territory. Along with heading the real estate advisory business, she assists clients in identifying joint-venture partners, investment oppotunities, debt structuring, fundraising and project development. Clients include private individuals, medium-size companies and real estate funds. She has taught part-time in the local university for ten years and is an active trainer in the area of real estate.
