Along with heading the real estate advisory business, she assists clients in identifying joint-venture partners, investment oppotunities, debt structuring, fundraising and project development. Clients include private individuals, medium-size companies and real estate funds. She has taught part-time in the local university for ten years and is an active trainer in the area of real estate.
