I am a mother of two girls and a boy.
I have completed Master of Business Advanced (Human Resource Management) in 2012 at Queensland University of Technology (QUT). My degree is diverse and consists of units in HRM, Advertising, Integrated Marketing Communication, Corporate Media Strategy and Tactics and Community Consultation and Engagement. I have an experience in education, Human Resource Development, Stakeholder Management, Immigration Services and Film and Advertising. I introduced the first commemoration of Africa Day at QUT in 2011, I was a Guest speaker at the event for two consecutive years. I was part of the team which organized Queensland Education and Training Department's 2012 Harmony Day celebration, I was also a guest speaker at the event. During the event, we celebrated Africa as a continent and focused more on South Africa. I was then invited to present to the staff of Brema Tafe Institute during their Professional Development intervention. The topic was about change and overcoming challenges. I was in a foreign country, studying, having left my three kids and a husband miles away in South Africa, the youngest was three years old then. So, to them, my journey was an inspiration, that of bravery and determination. My future goals include establishing a Foundation that will link learners/students who are academically exceptional, with foreign universities to further their studies in overcome poverty and crime. I have already built professional relationships with some universities and institutions for student exchanges and other opportunities related to empowerment and Human Capacity and Development.
