Sara Domínguez Castruita brings a deep understanding of customer needs and behavior. Sara has successfully developed a dynamic team of managers to analyze the market, obtain deep customer insights, and create customer value strategies to improve growth and customer profitability. Sara focuses on developing strong commercial partners using their extensive customer knowledge to create specific strategies for the wholesaler and shopkeeper retail market. Customer satisfaction is at the root of her endeavors for the call center and her management style. She has successfully executed the loyalty strategy in specialized communication channels, their Contact Center, and through social media initiatives. With Grupo Zorro, Sara has served in several managerial roles, including project management and marketing management, and as Director. Sara speaks English, Spanish, and some French. She is interested in quality networking to improve her work, expand her vision, and to share her experience and ideas with others. Her personality is dynamic, competitive, and creative, and she doesn't take no for an answer. Innovation is important to her, and in the future she'd like to focus on entrepreneurial endeavors. In her personal time, Sara donates to organizations helping animals, and has dogs.
