Seren Thomas has 35 years of experience in the financial services field, covering every aspect of long term assurance and retirement funds., From paper based administration to data migrating 450000 members from a legacy system , from consultancy to now handling project management of joint ventures in Mozambique and overseeing all marketing and communication functions throughout Africa. Throughout her career, Seren has achieved incredible results in every position she has held, and possesses a holistic perspective on the industry as a result. She is an active participant as a community mentor. Seren leads the corporate social investment project for NBC holdings, Mozambique expansion, Marketing and Communication entity, and actively participates to bring opportunities and support for young men and women in disadvantaged communities. She is passionate and persistent about the work she involves herself in, and looks to the future for problems to solve, and opportunities for growth. Seren is fluent in Afrikaans and English with basic understanding of Portuguese, and Italian.
