SEZER KOYUN (04 March 1975; Hatay), Management Consultant, Human Resources Specialist, CRATonE Consulting Founding Partner. Sezer Koyun who graduated, after Ankara Atatürk Anadolu High School, Gazi University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Public Administration Department in 1997, following experience gained in the private sector and in multi-national banks and companies such as Securitas, Commercial Union and HSBC, he has served at Turkey Office of the American Chamber of Commerce for about seven years since its foundation. He served with the title of Executive Director at the joint projects and lobbying activities, together with both public and private sector representatives for the development of trade cooperation and relations between Turkey and the United States. In 2005, with the participation of senior executives of the American Companies having operations in Turkey, he completed, with the sponsorship of Businessweek Turkey, "Business and Investment Climate in Turkey" Project held for the first time in Turkey and is still being repeated every year and shared with the public and the Turkish Government. He has put signature to many segmental analysis and reports besides the reports shared with the public such as "Rule of Law" in the business world, "Intellectual Property Rights", "Work Permits of Foreigners", "Health Services and Employee Packages in Turkey" together with different working groups where the experts in their subject are available. He has organized with success the meetings with different concepts and sizes besides almost 500 international conferences, Gala together with the team by planning the entire organization from A to Z including media relations services. In 2007, under the finishing project of the Human Resources Specialist Training which he has participated at BÜYEM within Bogazici University, he initiated the first studies towards and has been the originator of the CHO (Chief Happiness Officer) concept to find a place, be used and be implemented in Turkey for the first time in Turkey. International PPP Platform has been a Board Member in the previous period in Turkey and has given trainings to particularly Municipalities on Public-Private sector cooperation. In the period of working at the CU, he has broken the sales record in Turkey and subsequently he has given many training on the issues of "Sales", "Time Management", "Stress Management", "Coaching Skills", "Leadership" and "Communication Skills" at the companies he worked for. Between the years 2010-2015, he has served as Deputy Executive President responsible for Middle East, the Caucasus and Turkey for the Kaiser Engineering and Consulting Inc. which provides Supervision and Consultancy services especially in the Rail Systems Project, rooted 1914 and which shares its 100 years of experience in Turkey for 17 years, and has managed Projects of the company. With the acquired experience, in the "Management Consulting" field which he founded in 2011, he serves as Managing Partner within the CRATonE Consulting company which producing services within the framework of disciplines of "Marketing and Public Relations" besides the "Human Resources".
