With over 25 years in the field of Human Resources and Industrial/Employee Relations across private and public sector enterprises, Stephanie Fingal progressed from Human Resources Officer to Director of Industrial Relations and Employee Engagement leading teams and corporate initiatives. More recently, she transitioned to an independent consultant role and at present function as CEO of a non-profit association of over 500 employer members. Additionally, she is a management team member of the Global Leadership Interlink - Trinidad Chapter with responsibility for the roll-out of an annual mentorship programme within a local university. Ms. Fingal is a vocal proponent of human and business development actively involved in knowledge transfer initiatives and functional best practice in business operations and labour matters. She is a global-minded individual, keeping abreast of world developments in all spheres of life and embracing the diversity of peoples. Also a committed philanthropist, Ms. Fingal contributes time and resources to volunteering with the youth in need of Trinidad. When not engaged with work, she enjoys travel and reading.
