Shannon Llenza is a Managing Attorney for Shannon Llenza Immigration Law. She founded Shannon Llenza Immigration Law, LLC to pursue her passion for helping individuals who desire to come to the United States. She is dedicated to providing excellent legal services to help individuals achieve their immigration goal. Shannon has worked as an attorney, and a public servant, for over fourteen years. Immediately following law school, Shannon served for four years on active duty in the United States Navy JAG Corps as a prosecutor and defense counsel. She continues to serve as a reservist, currently working as an appellate defense attorney. After she left active duty, Shannon pursued a career in public service as an attorney for the U.S. government, to include working for the Department of Defense and the Department of Justice. Shannon became interested in the law profession when a personal family experience made her realize the benefits of knowing the law and the rights she is entitled to. Shannon first worked on immigration issues while working as a intern for former U.S. Senator, Russ Feingold. During her internship, she worked with constituents and assisted them with a number of immigration issues. Shannon continued to help immigrants while attending Marquette University Law School, where she worked for Hochstatter, McCarthy and Rivas, an immigration law firm located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. In her position, Shannon helped individuals with a wide variety of immigration issues related to family-based and employment-based visas. In 2015, Shannon moved to Washington State, where she decided to start her own law firm to pursue her desire to continue to help immigrants. Shannon realizes the impact immigration law has on the lives of individuals, and her firm is dedicated to providing the highest quality legal representation for each unique matter presented.
