Sharmila holds a Masters in Pharmacy (Industrial) and Masters in Business Administration (Executive MBA), which allows projects and issues management with technical depth, business acumen and commercial savvy. In the future, Sharmila would like to mentor other young women professionals to give back as she was mentored during her career to believe she can obtain her current success. When not working she enjoys Japanese Sword Fighting, traveling, watching sports, and reading.
