Shelly Bazemore is the CEO & Consultant at Demonstrated Excellence. She has an outstanding educational background in education. She attained her Bachelors Degree in Special Education K-12, Teaching for SLD/ED & Elementary Education Endorsement from Longwood University in 1988. Shelly also attained her Masters Degree in Educational Leadership and Administration from The University of Richmond School of Education in 1992. She then completed her Doctorate of Education in 2003 from George Washington University.
Shelly recently started her own consulting company, "Demonstrated Excellence" in Virginia. This consultancy company is focused on a professional oversight of employees in an effort to strengthen instruction, operations and administrative levels. She has many years of educational experience as well as specialties in Human Resources, Special Education, Administration and Operations, and Facility of Forecast5 Analytics which can be used in data analytics, budgets, strategic long term planning, and student or employee assessment.
Shelly has collaborated with boards, administrators, supervisors, and teaching staff to provide management oversight, coordinating key administrative functions to ensure a pleasant work environment as well as providing her educational and administrative experience to move a company or school to the next level of success.
Shelly is the Vice President of the Virginia Association of School Personnel Administrators. She is also a Member of the Association for School Curriculum & Development of Virginia.
