Sheri Higgins is a Partner at Sheri Higgins Law, PLLC. She has owned and managed her own law firm for over five years, bringing years of extensive experience encompassing all areas of intellectual property law. She represents clients who include small businesses and Fortune 100 companies in the oil and gas servicing industry and in other technical fields. She has experience in IP counseling, chemical and mechanical patent preparation and prosecution, and trademarks in state, national, and international jurisdictions. Sheri also secures intellectual property rights for clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 corporations. Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked for several years as a researcher for Genzyme, a major pharmaceutical company. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Oklahoma, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma, and a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University. Her clients are leaders in the chemical and mechanical fields in the oil and gas servicing industry and other technical fields.
