She has experience in IP counseling, chemical and mechanical patent preparation and prosecution, and trademarks in state, national, and international jurisdictions. Sheri also secures intellectual property rights for clients ranging from small businesses to Fortune 100 corporations. Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked for several years as a researcher for Genzyme, a major pharmaceutical company. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Oklahoma, a Master of Business Administration from the University of Oklahoma, and a Juris Doctor from Oklahoma City University. Her clients are leaders in the chemical and mechanical fields in the oil and gas servicing industry and other technical fields. Sheri uses both business and legal considerations in the development process to secure IP rights. Her law firm is dedicated to working with clients within their budget and timelines. She incorporates business considerations into the process that other law firms may not, such as marketability, cost efficiency, and timeliness in responding to client communications and completion of work.
