More than 25 years
Sherilin Heise is a former senior management consultant at Deloitte and is currently a research scientist in the learning sciences. She wants to understand how people learn and think in collaborative, online learning environments and in technology rich settings. She is developing a new science of transformative learning for practitioners and a new science of team building. Communication patterns and equality participation in collaboration for enhanced engagement, innovation, and high performance. Sherilin Heise contributes her success to collaborating and creating innovative learning practices with other professionals with her passion for learning and working with professionals from across the globe. Overall, she hopes to contribute to making the world a better place through education research.
