Shona Sharma is the owner and sole practitioner of the Shona Sharma agency of Business Management and Consulting. Having worked independently since 2014, she works directly with clients across the United Kingdom and internationally to create business plans, manage change and company growth, and set strategies that will produce lasting results and increased efficiency for the companies.
With a master's degree in Psychology from the University of Derby Online Learning program, Shona is an expert in program management, coaching and training.
