Dr. Signe Reidla has over 13 years of experience in pharmaceuticals and human resource. As Partner of Talentor Switzerland and founder of Execruits, she provides cross-boarder recruitment and career development consulting services, specializing in organizational strategy and executive leadership coaching. Passionate about human resources and corporate development, she has held a number of senior roles and leadership positions.
With an MD and PhD in Medicine from the University of Tartu in Estonia, Signe also holds a Bachelor of Law from the University of Tartu. She is affiliated with the Swedish and Swiss Chambers of Commerce, the Swiss Japanese Chamber of Commerce, Life Sciences groups and organizations as well as numerous associations. She was recipient of Olympiat Awards from Rush Pharmaceuticals, and has been noted for her contributions in the healthcare, life sciences, IT, digital and financial services sectors.
